A Fragrant Offering

"Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children and live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God"
(Ephesians 5:1-2, NIV)

I have been praying and marinatin’ a lot for the past few months on what my collection should be called and trying to figure out a “theme” of sorts for it. This journey has been moving at a relatively slow pace, but I know it is in God’s pace. In fact, I began to pray that this collection would be a sweet smell to my heavenly Father—a fragrant offering as Ephesians depicts above.

Christ offered Himself up as a fragrant offering and I want to do nothing short of that for my Heavenly Father.

So with that said, what yal think?
